 Steps for removing the housing
1. Check the key's direction and push the MPO connetor toward the MPO housing removal tool.
    Then get the coupling Nut touch the metal surface. 
2. Push the boot hard, and make sure the housing is in the correct position.
3. Press the tool's pins at both sides, and get the spring push to left the outer housing.
4. Pull the boot away, and the ferrule will be separated from the housing
