Embodying a double-layer structure, these enclosures feature insulation material between the external and internal layers, ensuring optimal protection. The RAL7035 polyester outdoor type paint provides a sleek finish, with an optional RAL 9003 Signal White Polyurethane finish that is anti-graffiti and insul-paint applicable.

Engineered to meet IP65 Protection Level (EN60529) standards, these enclosures also conform to Nema-250 classifications 3, 3S, 4, 4X, 5,12,12K,13, demonstrating their resilience in challenging conditions. 1. Inner Door with Lockable Mechanism:

   • Front side includes an inner door that adds an extra layer of security.
   • The inner door is lockable, providing enhanced protection against unauthorized access.
   • Acts as a safeguard, particularly preventing dust entry when the main door is not locked.

2. Optional Door Sensors:

   • The cabinet can be equipped with either mechanical or magnet door sensors based on specific requirements.

3. Ventilation and Filter System:

   • Inner skin features a wingnut for easy manual opening, eliminating the need for tools.
   • Includes a ventilation channel and a replaceable filter location for efficient airflow and dust filtration.

4. Cable Entry Points:

   • Bottom case provides multiple access points with 2xPG21 and 1xPG48 integrated cable entry parts.
   • 2 pcs 28 mm diameter PVC Blind caps included, replaceable with PG21 cable entry parts as an option.
   • Encourages sealing openings with foam or isolation material after cable insertion.

5. Customizable Cable Entry Panel:

   • All IP65 cabinets come with a plain metal cable entry panel for customization.
   • Allows punching on the spare cable entry panel if the shipping configuration is not suitable for the project.

6. Hinged Canopy Roof:

   • Equipped with a hinged canopy roof with a mechanism to keep it open during installation and maintenance.
   • The canopy is gasketed for EN 60529 protection, ensuring a secure enclosure for the fan module.
